Aiming High for Disabled Children (AHDC) provides unprecedented investment in short breaks. Now our challenge is to maximise the value of that investment at delivery level. This conference will provide practical advice & training around implementation of AHDC and the provision of short breaks for children who are hard to place – in particular those children and young people with Autism, challenging behaviour and/or with complex health care needs.
