Training 2008

In-house Training...training for Services to Disabled Children and Young People
Investing in training for staff helps to maximise their value. Training can produce a more effective, committed and motivated workforce. Specialist in-house training for short break carers, as well as providing extra skills will make them feel more valued.

As well as running a comprehensive training and conference programme specifically aimed at short break services Shared Care Network offers specialist in-house training, which can prove the most suitable option to fully meet the needs of your organisation. We can also provide bespoke training more widely to service providers across the spectrum of the disabled children and young people's sector.
